FRANKLIN A man arrested after a raid and explosion at a meth lab was wearing rubber gloves and carrying a laundry basket of chemicals when officers entered the building Tuesday morning, a police chief said.
Van Polen, 25, worked with Clough at a nearby convenience store and had just driven him home when the raid began.
